This page explains what the SLANT on Wpg website collects and what happens to it. SLANT on Wpg is a coworking space at 1201 Winnipeg St, Regina, SK S4R 1K1, with private offices and a boardroom you can rent by the hour. The website is slantonwpg.com.

What we collect

There is one form on this site.

The general enquiry form on the Home page asks for your name, your email and your message.

That is what the form asks for. It sends what you type to us by email, which is covered in the next section. Boardroom bookings are made through TidyCal, which is covered further down. Beyond that, the site collects the technical and analytics data described below.

How enquiries are handled

When you send the form, it goes by email to SLANT's owner. The owner reads it and replies by email.

The website does not store your submission. There is no database behind the form. No copy is kept on the website or on its hosting.

Boardroom bookings

The Boardroom page shows a booking calendar from TidyCal. When you book, TidyCal collects your name, your email, the time you pick and any details you add. Payment is taken by Stripe.

SLANT's owner sees your booking in TidyCal and reviews it. TidyCal and Stripe have their own privacy policies, which cover what they collect and how they handle it.

Spam protection

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile. It is made by Cloudflare, the same company that hosts this site. It checks that the form is being sent by a person.

To do that, Turnstile processes technical signals from your browser.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Every page you open here is delivered by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical request data to deliver the site and protect it. That includes IP addresses.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits to the site. That shows us how the site is being used. It records things like the pages you viewed, your rough location and the type of device you are on.

Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. If you would rather not have those cookies set, you can block cookies in your browser settings.

The map

The Boardroom page shows an embedded Google Map so you can find us. The map is only on that page. When the map loads, Google receives your IP address and may set cookies.

Links to other sites

The Members page links to other businesses' websites. The footer links to our Instagram and Facebook pages.
